Returns & Refunds

Unopened Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us directly so that we can expect your return.

Search for Soma Lives, fill out the requested information and you will be able to generate a returns label/QR code.

Opened Items

Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, contact us within 48 hours for support.
We will replace faulty items free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and confirmed unused.
