Soma Therapies Ltd, founded by physiotherapist Sandra Whittle M.C.S.P., P.O.G.P., F.R.S., F.H.T., brings together decades of clinical knowledge and personal experience in women’s health.

After giving birth to her three children, Sandra experienced pelvic discomfort, incontinence, and noticeable changes in her pelvic floor. These experiences highlighted the lifelong importance of internal toning and pelvic floor connection.

Her professional expertise and personal insight inspired the creation of Soma Flex®—a responsive pelvic floor & vaginal toner that adapts to natural movement and encourages gentle internal toning and engagement.

Sandra’s vision shaped every aspect of Soma Flex®:
