Soma Flex® is a responsive pelvic floor & vaginal toner designed to encourage gentle internal toning through natural movement. Worn internally, it adapts to your body’s rhythm, creating subtle pelvic floor and
vaginal engagement throughout the day.

Each toner responds dynamically to everyday movements—walking, standing, light activity—providing a smooth, intuitive
toning sensation. Soma Flex® encourages awareness and connection through natural movement, rather than exercise or effort.

Soma Flex sits in the vaginal canal, while the Mirena coil sits in the uterus, so they do not interact when used correctly.

Using Soma Flex does not increase expulsion risk; issues usually arise from string entanglement during removal, especially if strings are cut too long.

Check string length before use. Clinicians may trim strings to 2–3 cm if needed.

How to use:
Wash hands, locate your cervix, and feel the Mirena strings—they should be soft and unobtrusive. Insert Soma Flex slowly, keeping it below the cervix. You should not feel string friction during wear.

Removal:
Soma Flex should glide out easily with no cervical pulling. Mild string awareness is normal. If strings wrap or catch, remove gently.

After removal:
Check that strings feel unchanged, with no new cramping or spotting. If strings feel different, pause use and seek assessment. Stop use if you suspect coil movement.
